This long-haired thug appears many times throughout the game, appearing in almost every stage, except in Japan. He usually appears along with Gibson, and together (or with another enemy) they can perform a team attack where one of them jumps off the other to do a long range diving kick.
Like Gibson, Robinson has a middle kick, a punch combo, and a jump kick. He also often uses a beer bottle as a weapon, which the player can take if they knock it out of his hands; however, the bottle will disappear when Robinson is defeated.
- In the Japanese version of Double Dragon III, it is unexplained why Robinson continues to appear and battle the Dragons long after Jim's defeat and the dissolution of the Neo Black Warriors. However, in the English plot, it is revealed that Hiruko was the organization's true leader and was still giving commands.
- Anderson, a member of the Five Emperors who appear in Double Dragon Advance, was apparently modeled after Robinson.
